Tele-Bankrec is your electronic bank reconciliation, fully automated. It imports your company's bank statement information and automatically retrieves payments posted in ACCPAC Plus Accounting AP, AR, PR (USA), and PR (Canada), matches them automatically to your bank account. You can void items and reverse AP checks that have not cleared the bank. It prints a full detail report, a list of outstanding items, and generates a journal voucher of reconciling items for GL retrieval. It also lets you import a check file from a payroll service provider. You can use the product as a manual bank reconciliation, without the bank file and add the automatic bank file retrieval at a later time. An excellent tool also to monitor your company's cash flow.
